All Pangea Shop merchandise is guaranteed. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us immediately through the contact form and someone will respond via email or phone within 24-48 hours. We will take care of you.
The following terms/policies are valid for 14 days upon receipt of the item. After the 14 days of receipt of any item(s), excluding Tribal Art (See Tribal Art terms below), all sales are final.
Tribal Art Terms:
All sales under the Tribal Art are final. In the event of damage, please contact us through our Contact Submission Form and someone will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss and a determination will be made.
Damage / Defected Merchandise:
In the event an item received is damaged or defective, please contact us through our contact submission form and someone will respond to you within 24-48 hours to determine whether to refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. Please hold on to the affected items and packaging, as well as proof of purchase. We may choose to send you a return label via email. Proof of purchase is absolutely mandatory for any item returned.
Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post 2-5 business days for processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process within approximately 7-10 business days. All orders are refunded in U.S. dollars. In the event your original method of payment is no longer available, a credit will be issued to you for future purposes.
All exchanges must be of equal value or greater. If you would like to exchange your purchased item with another item, please contact us through our Contact Submission Form and provide the item number of product you would like to exchange for. If the item is of higher value, additional monies shall be needed for the exchange. All shipment and handling of the exchanged item(s) is the responsibility of you, the purchaser.
